As an Expert in Personnel Development & Learning, you will not only be part of a future-oriented team, but will also actively shape the further development of our employees and managers. With your expertise and innovativeness, you will be the linchpin in the implementation and continuous improvement of our people development measures. You will work in an environment characterized by versatility and interdisciplinary projects. The focus is not only on conceptual and operational tasks, but also on advisory elements that bring you into direct contact with various stakeholders. Your role is essential to achieving our corporate goals and driving the organization forward.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the rollout of various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Int. Hub.
- Responsible for global and digital job and skills management using SAP SuccessFactors to optimize and personalize learning paths and career development.
- Further development of a future-proof skills management system
- Design and deliver hybrid, virtual, and face-to-face workshops to support employee development and organizational change.
- Implementation of innovative approaches to learning and development for continuous improvement and adaptation to market needs

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration, psychology, education or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in personnel development, ideally with a focus in a technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of and practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the area of job and skills management
- Experience in conducting/facilitating workshops
- Project management experience
- Communication skills and the ability to think and act strategically
- Very good knowledge of German and English

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €56,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
