Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n **Specialist People Development & Training**, um unsere People Development & Training (PD&T) - Prozesse weiter voranzutreiben und die Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter_innen zu fördern.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- **
Entwicklung** und **Umsetzung** von bereichsspezifischen **Qualifikations
- und Entwicklungsprogrammen**:
- ** Sicherstellung** der erforderlichen bereichsspezifischen **Trainingsplanung, Organisation und Dokumentation**:
- ** Ausrollen** und** Umsetzen** **globaler und lokaler** **PD&T-Programme und -Prozesse** sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
- ** Beratung** und **Unterstützung** der **Führungskräfte **und** Mitarbeiter_innen **in allen PD&T relevanten Fragestellungen
- ** Koordination** und **Unterstützung der Führungskräfte** bei der Realisierung von **PD&T-Programmen und -systemen**:
- ** Konzeptionierung, Organisation **und **Durchführung **von** Seminaren und Workshops**:
- ** Durchführung** von **projektspezifischen Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten**:
- ** Strategisches Trainingsmanagement **(Know-how -Träger zu State-of-the-Art-Maßnahmen, Trends, Veränderungen, Benchmarking usw.)

- Abgeschlossenes facheinschlägiges Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulstudium (Bereich Psychologie, HR-Management, Wirtschaft, usw.)
- Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld
- Kenntnisse über klassische PD&T-Werkzeuge, sowie Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung dieser Werkzeuge
