**Sustainability Reporting Expert* - ESG, CSRD**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie entwickeln und implementieren die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattungsstruktur nach ESG-Kriterien
- Sie erstellen die Nachhaltigkeitsberichte der Organisation gemäß internationalen Standards
- Sie identifizieren und organisieren alle relevanten Nachhaltigkeitsdatenquellen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Beratern zusammen
- Sie überwachen externe Standards (GRI, SASB) auf Änderungen und bilden sich laufend fort

- Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe Informationen und Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Sie sind sich der Auswirkungen von Unternehmen auf die Umwelt bewusst und können Menschen effektiv motivieren, Ihre Anliegen zu teilen
