**Was dich erwartet**:

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Finanzprofi im Monatsabschluss: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere monatlichen Belege und Übergaben an den Steuerberater reibungslos ablaufen. Dein Beitrag zum internationalen Reporting ist unverzichtbar.
- Jahresabschluss-Experte: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse für österreichische und deutsche Gesellschaften. Weitere Auslandstöchter könnten ebenfalls auf deiner Liste stehen.
- Unterstützung im Projektcontrolling: Deine finanzielle Expertise ist gefragt, wenn es darum geht, unser jährliches Event in Berlin zu planen und durchzuführen.
- Prozess-Optimierer: Mit deiner Hilfe verbessern wir stetig unsere kaufmännischen Abläufe.
- Controlling-Genius: Du kreierst Analysen, Reports und trägst zur Budgeterstellung bei. Auch die Feinabstimmung des Cash Plannings ist in deinen erfahrenen Händen.
- Globale Vernetzung: Du baust Beziehungen zu internationalen Partnern wie Steuerberatern, Banken und anderen Beratern auf.
Stellenanforderungen
**Professionelle Basis**: Ein kaufmännischer Abschluss sowie über 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling.
- Starke Kommunikation: Du agierst souverän als Ansprechpartner für unseren CFO, Steuerberater und externe Partner.
- Selbstständige Hands-On-Mentalität: Du beweist deine Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Abwicklung von Finanzprozessen.
- Praktische Skills: Mit starken MS-Office-Kenntnissen und einem analytischen Blick sorgst du für strukturierte Ergebnisse.
- Internationales Flair: Solide Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Das Mindestentgelt nach dem Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.478,00 brutto pro Monat für eine Vollzeitstelle (38,5h/Woche), aber wir betrachten das als reine Formsache.
