The Group Talent & Diversity Manager is responsible for identifying and developing talents across our Group, working closely with relevant stakeholders and ensuring diversity in our talent and succession pipeline. The development (including content), coordination, strategic direction and communication of group wide diversity programs, policies and initiatives is an important part of the job as well. He/she/X also aligns with a cross country team of local diversity managers/coordinators and is the face of diversity vis-à-vis various stakeholders (internal and external) and provides support and input to Group sustainability strategy, activities and processes, including data collection, reporting and CSR audits. Reporting into the Group Talent function within the People and Culture Team the incumbent will have a close cooperation with local AT-Diversity Management and the Talent Management Team.
**Your Tasks**:
- Work across business lines (and countries) to identify talents, keep in continuous exchange with the relevant local stakeholders and implement and track the learning journey of our talents.
- Identify key diversity challenges and issues and develop a plan to address these challenges
- Consult your internal stakeholders and business areas on Talent Management & Diversity topics
- Annually setting and reviewing diversity KPIs, regular reporting to the Board and the Supervisory Board
- Ensure that talent and diversity goals, objectives and achievements are adequately communicated via various channels both internally & externally
- Data collection and benchmarking (talent and diversity data from countries and leading companies)
- Regular review of the Group-wide diversity policy and support of local diversity initiatives
- Give strategic direction to our Erste Resource Groups (e.g., Erste Ability)
**Your Background**:
- Experience & background in HR and Diversity management or other related fields
- Proven track record of project management as well as implementing measures
- Ability to steer a small team strategically and ensure delivery of results
- Profound experience in working in complex, international organizations
- Experience in working with different hierarchy levels and stakeholders
- Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal and presentation skills
- International mindset and good network to various communities
- Fluency in English, German and/or any other (especially CEE-) language is a plus
