**Your role**:
1. Reporting:

- Contributes to preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly group-wide financial reports especially with regard to Result and Cash Flow
- Constantly monitors and seeks quality improvement of management information (KPIs used, data reliability)
- Analyses deviations (e.g. actual vs budget and actual vs actual) and maintains data quality by challenging accuracy of data reported by legal entities

2. Planning and Forecasting:

- Supports comprehensive MTP / budget documentation and continuously improves the planning systems and processes to allow a state of the art planning activity
- Maintains data quality by challenging accuracy of planning data provided by legal entities
- Aggregates, analyzes and challenges group-wide forecasts of financial key performance indicators

3. Organization and coordination:

- Proactively aligns relevant activities within the Group Controlling department as well as with stakeholders with the OMV (e.g. Financial Reporting Treasury, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Tax, other Controlling departments)
- Manages / coordinates sub-projects and performs specific tasks, as assigned, to deliver monthly reporting, forecasting and planning, in order to ensure data quality and integrity

4. IT systems:

- Supports the maintenance of the Controlling and Reporting systems, tools and databases and supports the evaluation of change requests in the TM1 IBM Cognos structure
- Assures data integrity between IT systems

5. Ad-hoc requests
- Manages ad-hoc requests timely, with situational analysis to support decision making by using financial expertise, business insight and established information systems

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Finance & Controlling
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Business experience is highly appreciated
- You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in finance and accounting
- You have high accuracy in providing correct information and figures
- You have strong communication skills and self confident appearance
- You are stress tolerant, you have conflict management ability and load capacity
- You have high individual responsibility in generation and validation of sensitive corporate information / figures
- You have excellent English skills
- You have IT skills - MS Office, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, TM1 IBM Cognos and SAPBW appreciated
