**Your mission**:

- Lead a small team of committed and high performing marketing professionals providing clear goals, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Develop and continuously refine a true marketing playbook, ensuring alignment between go-to-market strategy, content strategy, digital marketing, brand development, and with the following immediate short-term objectives:
- The development and implementation of an engaging branding and communication strategy that positions HYDROGRID as the leading optimisation software company in the hydropower segment
- The development and execution of a digital marketing strategies to drive inbound lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Overseeing the creation of premium marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and white papers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor the marketing performance and its impact on HYDROGRID’s ARR.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (more than 8 years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry with record of marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding and previous experience in B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the SaaS industry.
- Previous experience in managing a small team in performance and content marketing - ability to coach and challenge a team of doers
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, utilizing analytics tools to monitor the marketing performance
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Full Fluency in written & spoken English
