**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**IN A NUTSHELL**

Musik und Streetdance stehen für Emotion, Innovation, Freude, Individualität und Entwicklung. Dies gilt es auch im Culture Marketing Programm zu transportieren. Als Head of Culture Marketing bist du zentraler Teil des Marketing Leadership Teams und arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit dem nationalen Marketingmanager. Eine deiner Hauptaufgaben liegt darin, auf Basis der globalen Culture Marketing Strategie einen national relevanten Plan zu gestalten, um bestehende und zukünftige KonsumentInnen an die Marke Red Bull und unsere Produkte zu binden. Als Führungskraft entwickelst und coachst du dein Team, basierend auf ihren individuellen Stärken.

**PROJEKTE & PROGRAMME**

Du kreierst Events und setzt sie in unterschiedlicher Größe um - mit unseren KonsumentInnen im Fokus und einem optimalen Markenauftritt gemäß unserer Branding Guideline. Dazu gehören Recherche, Auswahl und Steuerung von Kreativ-, Event-, und Produktionsagenturen und die Nutzung international relevanter Plattformen zur Ergänzung des nationalen Plans. Außerdem arbeitest du eng mit dem Partnership Manager zusammen, um die optimale Integration von Partnermarken sicherzustellen und verhandelst die notwendigen Musikrechte, um eine optimale Vermarktung (Content, Media) sicherzustellen. Du evaluierst und reportest die Resultate der Programme und bist für das nationale Culture Marketing Budget verantwortlich.

**SYNERGIEN**

Ein wichtiger Stakeholder ist das internationale Marketingteam, mit dem du dich regelmäßig zu Inhalten und Konzepten abstimmst. Du arbeitest eng mit deinen KollegInnen des Kommunikationsteams zusammen, um optimale Kommunikations
- und Contentpläne zu kreieren. Auch mit der Sales Abteilung bist du in enger Abstimmung, um Produktaktivierungen sicherzustellen. Außerdem hast du die Möglichkeit dich mit anderen Red Bull Ländern auszutauschen, gegenseitig zu inspirieren, speziell im DACH Raum, Best Practices zu teilen und Synergien zu schaffen.

**KÜNSTER UND OPINION LEADER**

Als Head of Culture Marketing hast du die Möglichkeit das nationale Künstler und Tänzer Programm auf Basis der globalen Strategien zu optimieren. Du pflegst und baust unser Culture Netzwerk aus, um die neuesten Trends zu erkennen und eine glaubwürdige Verankerung in der Szene mit einer idealen Integration von Marke und Produkt zu schaffen. Verhandlungen mit KünstlerInnen und Labels zur Sicherstellung der notwendigen Auftritts
- und Vermarktungsrechte fallen ebenfalls in die Verantwortung deines Teams.

**Qualifikationen**:
5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement oder der Musikindustrie

Marketingerfahrung, sowie Erfahrung in Bookings und Musikrechten

Passion für Musik & Tanz

Freude daran, das Culture Team auf Events zu repräsentieren und viel unterwegs zu sein

Proaktive, innovative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Teamplayer-Mentalität und einem motivierenden und inspirierenden Führungsstil
