**Your role**

As a member of the Professional Services team and contributing to build the Quality of Service Guild, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class support, as well as creating content to improve the knowledge base. You will report directly to the Senior Professional Services Manager.
**Your mission**:

- You will evolve the “ticket-centric” support model into a “human-centric” collaborative model while considering the global technological environment.
- You will reconcile these two models through an appropriate collaborative knowledge management portal in order to meet the needs of each user.
- At the same time, you will ramp up on tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, handle support tickets and provision solutions in a timely manner.
- You will also focus on the analysis of needs and the drafting of specifications to be validated with the appropriate teams. A cartography of the information system will illustrate the existing & the target architecture.
- You will build with your tutor a practical solution as a mockup, improve and document the interfaces with the rest of the Information System.
