**Job purpose**

Central point of intelligence on cross-Group financial portfolio analysis, planning, execution, and coordination of A1 operating companies’ (OpCos) product management efforts in market positioning of A1 Group (and its legal entity Paybox Bank).

**What you do**
- You orchestrate setting financial portfolio/product value proposition and its successful execution.
- You closely cooperate with the Paybox Bank product management team from whom you receive support.
- You coordinate market potential, segments, competition, financial (business case) and macro analysis. You utilize IT and regulatory analysis outcomes.
- You steer market research preparation and execution.
- You support defining, aligning, and reviewing OpCos’ financial services KPIs incl. annual revenue/volume goals.
- You help financial services roll-out investments forecasting and keeping spendings on track.
- You drive financial services value proposition - features/advantages/benefits. You incorporate A1 Group telecommunications assets and reflect customer needs into USP.
- You execute financial products improvements and OpCo-to-OpCo replication.
- You coordinate setting financial services rollout prioritization criteria.
- You set-up, steer and run program related POC.
- You lead the financial services vendor/system integrator selection process (RFI/RFP) and vendor partnerships. You manage vendor escalations.
- You provide inputs to Customer Experience, Marketing Communication, Sales & Services peers.
- You support financial services strategy, mid-term goals (MOALs) and objectives/key results (OKRs) development, and you are the owner of the product management OKRs.
- You participate sprints, provide inputs, take ownership, and steer execution of product management action points.
- You set and nurture a community of OpCos’ financial services product management peers, whom you support through generous and smooth information/knowledge flow.
- You build cooperation within central organization, based on transparency.
- You act as a peer-to-peer sparring partner to OpCos’ financial services product management SPOCs. You win their trust and commitment with expertise, positive energy, and fairness.
- You practice inclusion and joint decision-making.
- With OpCos’ financial services product management peers, you foster agile framework and influence related skills development.
- You orchestrate (One2Many/One2All model) OpCos’ and vendor’s business stakeholders in building financial services capabilities: development/configuration, integration, migration, testing/acceptance, maintenance model definition.

**What you offer**
- 3+ years of proven track record in financial services product management (e.g. credit/debit cards, loans, accounts, etc.)
- Previous experience in TelCo product management is a plus.
- University degree in economics, business administration, information technology, or related field
- Understanding process of technology products development/execution, POC and RFP
- Highly analytical, with profound knowledge in performing customer related and financial analysis (incl. business case)
- Forecasting skills
- Experience in supporting executive decision-making process
- Complex environment internal/external stakeholders and teams management experience (matrix or local/Group organization setups)
- Lateral leadership skills
- Strong agile mindset
- Pragmatism and result orientation
- High willingness for further personal and professional growth
- Fluency in English language - other A1 Group market language is an advantage.
- Excellent user skills of MS Office (Excel & Power Point)

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 52.000,-. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
