Im Zuge des weiteren Ausbaus der Marktpräsenz in Zentral-und Osteuropa suchen wir für das Regional Headquarter in Wien zum sofortigen Eintritt den After Sales Leader.

Aufgaben

Ziel der Funktion
- Leitung und Koordination aller After Sales Aktivitäten in der CEE-Region
- Führung der After Sales Leader in den Ländergesellschaften (dotted line)
- Mitglied des CEE Change Teams
- Erstellung & Umsetzung eines länderübergreifenden Trainingsprogramms in Abstimmung mit dem Corporate HQ und den europäischen Produktionswerken

Aufgaben & Verantwortung
- Business Turnaround und profitable Geschäftsentwicklung mit Fokus auf Kernmärkte der Region
- Führung des Servicetechniker-Teams in Österreich und der Kundenservice-Abteilung
- Tangible Steigerung des Marktanteils durch strukturierte Vertragsgestaltung, Marketing-Massnahmen und gezielte Akquise von After Sales-Projekten
- Etablierung und Ausbau der Trainingsabteilung
- Konsequente Prozessoptimierung und effiziente Serviceplanung
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Schlüsselpersonen bei Kunden, i.e. Planer, Leiter Service, Facility Manager
- Berichtslinie an Geschäftsführer CEE

Qualifikation

**Fachliche Anforderungen**:

- Meisterprüfung Kälteanlagentechnik /Studienabschluss Verfahrenstechnik
- Befähigungsnachweis als Gewerberechtlicher Geschäftsführer
- \+ 10 Jahre Praxis in der HKLS-Branche, auch als Betriebsleiter
- Gutes Verständnis des gesamten Service-Portfolios sowie betriebswirtschaftlicher & logistischer Zusammenhänge
- Sehr gute Deutsch -und Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

**Persönlichkeit**:

- Hands-on Arbeitsstil, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
- Guter Kommunikator und Motivator mit Vorbildwirkung
- Ambitioniert in Zielsetzung und konsequent in Zielverfolgung
- Dynamisch, strukturiert und integer
