Project Manager Technology Development

As a Project Manager you will lead the project team, define and assign workpackages and responsibilities as well as creating and maintaining the necessary documentation. You are responsible for all operational decisions regarding the project and the successful achievement of the project targets.
In your new role you will also:
- **Plan **, **organize **and **monitor **the project development including timelines, cost and resources
- Conduct a forward-looking **risk management **to identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios
- **Manage interfaces towards the various stakeholders **within the automotive department and across
- **Collaborate with unit process experts **to define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap
- **Prepare the production **to mass production of new products: ensure and organize capacity, technology, human resources
- **Exchange regularly with quality and reliability experts **to qualify and release new technologies for production

We are searching for a proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented person, able to contribute and lead technical discussions in an efficient way.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in **Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics **or similar
- Several years of **experience **within the **semiconductor industry **, preferably in the area of process & technology development - experience in MEMS is beneficial
- Many years of **experience in leading project **s**:
- being a **IPMA C **certified project manager would be a great asset
- Pronounced **problem solving orientation **and **collaborative way of working**:
- Convincing **communication and presentation skills **to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent **English **skills, German as a plus
