Als E-Commerce Specialist entwickelst und optimierst du die Verkaufsstrategien und -taktiken, damit Konsumenten Afro Coffee im Online-Handel leicht auffinden, unkompliziert erwerben und regelmäßig nachkaufen können.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Management von Online Shops**

Pflege, Aktualisierung und Optimierung des eigenen E-Commerce Online Shops

Verwaltung und Optimierung von Amazon Marketplace und anderen Online-Marktplätzen für hochwertigen Kaffee, einschließlich der Einrichtung von Produktlistings, der Bestandverwaltung, der Auftragsabwicklung und den Werbekampagnen

Verantwortung für Produktdaten und Einkaufserlebnis

**Analyse & Berichterstattung**

Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Erstellung von Reports zur Optimierung der E-Commerce-Aktivitäten

Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Conversion-Raten auf den E-Commerce Kanälen

**Digitales Marketing**

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von digitalen Marketingkampagnen, einschließlich E-Mail-Marketing

Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern, um Verkaufsstrategien und Kampagnen zu planen und umzusetzen.

**Qualifikationen**:
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce oder Marketing

Erste Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce Bereich, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Position

Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vertrautheit mit Shopsystemen (vorzugsweise Shopware) und Amazon Marketplace

Ausgeprägte technische und analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie vernetztes Denken

Ausgezeichnete Organisations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten

Eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on"-Mentalität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.124 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
