**Company Description**:
In this versatile role, you are a very important part of the supply chain of our company. You are responsible for specific markets in EUROPE, where you oversee the entire process from order to cash for our exclusive distribution partners as well as the shipping process, including transport planning for our subsidiaries, for finished goods, visibility items and branded cars. You ensure professional execution of all shipping and export-related topics and provide first-class customer service. Additionally, you are deeply involved in the processes of product launches and changes in the existing SKU portfolio of your markets.

**SHIPPING & EXPORT ADMINISTRATION**

As the key contact person for dedicated markets, you will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process for our distribution partners, including credit risk management and payment conditions, as well as managing the shipping process to our subsidiaries. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating export documents for your markets and monitoring shipments closely until their arrival in the countries.

**COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION**

You are maintaining a professional and close alignment on a regular basis with our customers as well as internal and external stakeholders. You anticipate potential pitfalls and look for solutions with continuous improvement in your mind.

**MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT**

Furthermore, you will play a key role in overseeing the artwork creation process as well as maintaining master data of finished goods (Standard-, In
- & Out-SKUs und Consumer Activations) and packaging materials. Moreover, you will manage changes and phase-outs to existing materials, for the entire finished goods and packaging product portfolio of your markets.

**Qualifications**:
We seek a motivated and positive-minded person with strong software handling skills (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, MS Office) who can stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment and who is also willing to grow with us.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
