We are currently seeking an **FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Specialist** in Vienna (Full-time) to support our rapid expansion. The FP&A department is the key strategic partner within the finance team, responsible to analyze the financials, lead the budgeting process aligned with the company objectives, quarterly reforecast and providing valuable insights to the leaders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business partners to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to business partners
- Maintain and update financial models and dashboards to support decision-making
- Support the preparation of board presentations, investor decks, and other materials as needed
- Monitor and optimise financial models via automation
- Monitor and analyse online advertising expenses and partner with the marketing team to maximise the Return On Ad Spend
- Develop and maintain contribution margin analysis per market/channel/operator
- Ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis on request

**Who you are**:

- 2-4 years of related job experience
- Advanced financial data analysis skills and experience with financial modeling (Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with evaluating ambiguous data, running reports, performing analysis, and creating presentation materials
- Ability to quickly learn system data-mining processes
- Experience with financial reporting systems, Netsuite is an advantage
- Experience with Looker or Tableau is an advantage
