WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
At the engineering, production and sales location in Sankt Valentin we are looking for support for our "Technical Support" team for our agricultural machinery brands Case IH & Steyr and New Holland. You give technical support (via technical helpdesk “ASSIST”) to dealers, importers and customers as well as in-house (product support, sales, development, manufacturing, quality).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Professional support for customers, contractual partners and importers (in German and English) via the ASIST / THD platform.
- Picking up technical problems, investigating them and using ASIST and internal processes to record them and report them prioritized for quality improvement; take product responsibility yourself.
- Scheduling field visits to understand, resolve, and report on technical/operational issues.
- Independent creation of documents for service meetings, taking into account internal specifications in cooperation with the product support organization.
- Active participation in training courses for the introduction of new products and technologies and the start of the season.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completed technical training (apprenticeship in vehicle technology - preferably master craftsman’s examination or graduate of the technical school for agricultural engineering).
- Experience with tractor technology is an advantage.
- Self-confident.
- Ability to work in a team, self-organization and high self-motivation.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of English and the willingness to develop it further.
- Willingness to travel - approximately 20% (in the EMEA region).
