**Die Stelle**:
Für die Besetzung der Leitung des In-Prozess-Labors Fermentation suchen wir für das Team Quality Control Cell Culture ab sofort eine kompetente Führungspersönlichkeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Führung des In-Prozess-Labors Fermentation in der Qualitätskontrolle Cell Culture unter GMP Bedingungen im Schichtbetrieb
- Methodenverantwortung mit Schwerpunkt auf Zellkulturmethoden wie z.B.: Zellzahl-, Metabolit
- und Blutgas-Bestimmung
- Mitarbeiterführung und -weiterbildung unter Beachtung aller vereinbarten Führungsrichtlinien
- Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Qualität und GMP-Compliance
- Repräsentation des Labors bei internationalen Behördeninspektionen und KundInnenaudits, Mitarbeit bei Einreichungen und Behördenanfragen

***Ihre Talente und Fähigkeiten**:

- Einschlägige naturwissenschaftliche/pharmazeutische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zellbiologie, idealerweise QC Analytik
- Erfahrung in der Führung von MitarbeiterInnen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsverhalten im Umgang mit externen und internen KundInnen
