E-Business Sales & Service Support (w/m/d)
Österreich : Graz
- ‎- As E-Business Sales & Service Support you are the first and foremost contact point for a large number of customers. Questions can concern Anton Paar as a company, our services and our products. The satisfaction of the customers matters to you most, meaning your advice needs to be competent and solution-orientated. Your contribution to Webshop will be mainly on material management and global Webshop promotion. To manage these tasks, you will be supported technically as well as methodically.**Responsibilities**:

- Friendly, prompt and competent advice to our customers on products and services using the digital tools provided for this purpose
- First level support to potential and existing customers
- Maintain the generated leads and support requests in our CRM system
- Creation of follow-ups for our sales companies and second level support
- Webshop product portfolio and material management
- Coordination of global Webshop promotion and sales actions together with the Anton Paar Subsidiaries, marketing and product department
- Identification of new ideas and requirements in order to drive the continuous improvement of the e-business usability and performance

**Requirements**:

- Basic technical education (e.g. Fachschule, HTL, vocational training), experience in technical sales or online sales is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English/German, any additional language is a plus
- Pleasure in problem solving and customer supporting (Customer-oriented problem-solving ability)
- Creative team player with a strong hands-on and can-do mentality
- Strong communication skills with people of all levels
- Readiness for continuous knowledge updating in our product areas
- Interest in discovering more digital sales method and tools during working practice
- The applicant needs to be based in Graz or Graz surroundings and needs to fulfill the online supporting time from 7:00 AM to 16:00 PM Monday to Friday by coordinating with the rest of the team.
