Für unser **_foodora market_** **Commercial Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n **Head of Commercial (w/m/d) Quick-Commerce**, der:die gern Verantwortung übernimmt und aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres _foodora market_ Services beiträgt.

**Das erwartet dich**:

- Mit deiner strategischen Denkweise und deiner Ambition Dinge voran zu treiben trägst du dazu bei unser Geschäftsmodell durch innovative und digitale Transformationsmöglichkeiten auszubauen wobei der Fokus auf Quick-Commerce und Omni-Channel-Strategie liegt
- Du leitest das Commercial Quick-Commerce und Category Management Team
- Du verantwortest strategische Kundenbeziehungen sowie das gesamte Supplier Management und entwickelst diese weiter, treibst innovative Geschäftsideen voran und setzt dein Know-How ein um unseren Endkonsumenten die bestmögliche Experience zu verschaffen
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung von Key-Performance-Indicators, wie z.B. Warenkorbgröße, Profitabilität und Shopping Behaviour, etc. inkl. der Verantwortung über die damit verbundenen P&L
- Zur Verbesserung der Prozesse & Ablauforganisation (z.B. Warengruppenstrategie, Kosteneinsparungspotentiale, Nachhaltigkeit) erarbeitest und implementierst du pro-aktiv konstruktive und nachhaltige Lösungsvorschläge
- Du etablierst effiziente sowie stabile Lieferketten hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosteneffizienz und Versorgungssicherheit und stellst die Umsetzung aller internen und externen gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Bereich Category Management sicher
- Für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung deiner Ziele treibst du eine enge Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit dem lokalen und europäischen Management Team voran, um das Quick-Commerce Business gemeinsam zu forcieren, End-to-End-Strategien zu optimieren und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu gewährleisten um unsere Strategie an die Bedürfnisse des österreichischen Marktes anzupassen.

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni, FH, o.ä.) und/oder Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement, E-Commerce und/oder Category Management.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie mind. 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Projekt, Q-Commerce oder Retail Bereich.
- Du kennst die Handelslandschaft, vorrangig Lebensmittelhandel, in Österreich aus erster Hand
