Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Commodity Analyst Indirect Procurement (M/F/d). This position would ideally be homebased in Vienna, Austria, but could alternatively be based at another Flex site in Europe such as Althofen, Budapest, Tczew.

Reporting to the the Sr. Director Indirect Procurement, the Commodity Analyst's role involves supporting all regional and global activities related to indirect procurement together with members of the team and site stakeholders across EMEA.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

- General Indirect Procurement support
- You deal with data gathering & processing within the EMEA region
- You create regular updates and reports on existing supplier base
- Overall administration support
- Regular archiving of relevant documents
- Ongoing communication with different sites in EMEA
- Market research on different countries and commodities and compiling those for further use
- Implementation & regular follow-up on implementation status of different global initiatives

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Experience in supporting procurement processes in general
- Ideally someone with some experience in indirect procurement
- Some basic knowledge of financial and data analysis
- If you had prior experience in fast-paced international and dynamic work environment, that would be a plus
- We are looking for someone with strong Excel skills and competency with other MS Products would be a nice to have

- For this role at the Vienna location we offer a minimum gross salary according to employment group E of the collective bargaining agreement “Elektro
- and Elektronikindustrie”. A higher payment is negotiable depending on qualification and work experience.
