In this position, we are looking for a new b2matcher who is a proven marketing technologist and campaign strategist. Someone who will uncover new opportunities for demand generation and plan, test and optimize them toward the goal of a positive ROAS. Tasks
- Develop, execute and optimize paid digital media, including paid search and paid social for lead generation and lower the cost-per-acquisition.
- Define and create target groups and target them along their user journeys.
- Create and manage paid search campaigns. Structuring, ad text creation and testing, automated and manual bid management, keyword research, conversion tracking and optimization, performance analysis, landing page analysis and testing.
- Create, manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns mainly across LinkedIn to generate new leads - campaign strategy, set up, testing and reporting.
- Work close with the content and design department to generate insights about the best copy, visuals, target group and campaign structure.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media advertising, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate performance across all channels. Communicate with the team on the performance by providing actionable insights.
- Define and execute a campaign tracking strategy for precise analysis and work with the Digital Analytics Specialists to measure the whole acquisition journey.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years professional experience within online advertising in the areas of pay-per-click and paid social media with a strong track record of driving lead and revenue growth, preferably in the B2B/SaaS environment.
- Business knowledge within the B2B event industry is a significant advantage for quickly understanding our market, audience and product.
- Metrics and results passion with hands-on experience generating and analyzing reports to optimize ROAS and ROI within a marketing and CRM techstack.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Hubspot Marketing Hub. Other tool knowledge to improve campaigning and reporting is an advantage.
- High self-motivation; work independently and proactively to resolve issues and take ownership of projects, tools, processes, and most importantly results.
- True team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- High technical affinity, expert knowledge of the demand generation mix and ability to understand the needs of our customers in detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
