**Your challenge & tasks**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Student to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE / TASKS
- Cost Controlling and Reporting: Assist in monitoring company spending and prepare regular cost reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Implementation of a New Payment Tool: Participate in the implementation of a new payment tool.
- Managing Payment Process: Oversee the payment process to ensure timely and accurate payments. This includes preparing payment schedules and ensuring all payments are processed in accordance with company policies.
- Validating Invoices: Review and validate invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms and company policies.
- Contact with External Accountants: Communicate regularly with external accountants to ensure proper financial reporting and compliance. Assist with the preparation and provision of necessary documentation.
- Issuing Invoices: Generate and issue invoices to clients and customers. Ensure that all invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
**What you need to be successful**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
