Business Continuity Process Specialist

**Your role**
- Planning, creation, and execution of business impact and risk analyses, followed by deriving appropriate measures together with relevant stakeholders
- Planning, managing, and reviewing emergency and crisis exercises in collaboration with local and international engineering teams to restore operations after disruptions (including documentation, action tracking, reporting through KPIs)
- Coordinating external and internal audits related to business continuity
- Designing and conducting BCM training sessions on defined business continuity plans and awareness measures
- Creating BCM awareness within the company
- Maintaining contacts with external entities in the BCM context

**What you´ll need**
- Completed studies in economics or technology with several years of professional experience
- Know-how in Business Continuity Management
- Knowledge of ISO management systems such as ISO 22301 or 27001 advantageous
- German and English language skills at B2+ level
- Interest in an international work environment
- Engaged and motivated personality with strong communication and cooperation skills
- Process and solution-oriented work approach

As always, we offer a competitive salary and benefits (based on our collective agreement we pay at least € 49.000;
- gross per year). Additionally, we are willing to offer higher compensation, depending on your qualifications and experience and a very attractive variable bonus.
