**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- ABSTIMMUNG... der Beschaffungsmaßnahmen in Europa/global für die zu verantwortenden Warengruppen, um Synergieeffekte auf Unternehmensebene voll auszuschöpfen
- ENTWICKLUNG... und Umsetzung von Commodity-Strategien
- ANALYSE... des Beschaffungsmarktes, Ermittlung neuer Bezugsquellen, Mitwirkung bei der Qualifizierung und Einbindung neuer Lieferanten
- VERHANDLUNG... der Produktpreise und Stundensätze, Abschluss von Einkaufsverträgen, Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Vertragsabdeckung
- BEWERTUNG... der Lieferanten, Erstellen von Aktionsplänen zur Lieferantenentwicklung
- ÜBERWACHUNG... der Lieferantenperformance, Verbesserung der Lieferanten in den Bereichen Liefertreue, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit
- ABSTIMMUNG... mit Lieferantenentwicklungsteam, Regional Governance Team, Value Engineering, Produktionsstandorten, Einkaufsleitern und strategischen Einkäufern
- VORANTREIBEN... von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen mit den Lieferanten, Produktionsstandorten und internen Kunden
- FÜHREN... standortübergreifender Einsparprojekte
- MITGESTALTUNG... der Mobilität der Zukunft

**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches u/o wirtschaftliches Studium oder fundierte technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahung im strategischen Einkauf oder Commodity Management von Metallkomponenten
- Industrielle/technische Erfahrung im Einkauf von Blechteilen, Schweißbaugruppen und Kühlern von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit (insbesondere Scope 3.1) ist von Vorteil
- Internationale Erfahrung in mittelgroßen oder großen multinationalen Unternehmen
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig in funktions
- und standortübergreifenden Teams zu arbeiten, um konstruktive Lösungen zu finden
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, Spanisch von Vorteil
- ZUVERLÄSSIGKEIT und REISEBEREITSCHAFT
- Analytisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick
- Ausgezeichnete Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Das Mindestentgelt beträgt € 4.800;
- brutto monatlich und Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
