- Prospect and develop business Sales of the standard PSImetals production management solution to new customers and support of existing customers
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle; from organisation of Demos, to creating a requirement analysis and preparing a technical proposal and commercial proposal, finishing with a successful contract closure
- Working closely together with different teams during each stage of the sales cycle (pre sales teams, project managers and management board)
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to chieve company objectives
- Increasing the standardization of current and future PSImetals solutions in the customer environment
- Continuous expansion of the license and maintenance business
- Coordinate and execute workshops at our customers

**Requirements**:

- University degree or similar within the technical, economics, metallurgy, process engineering field
- Experience with production and business processes in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the metal industry
- Good understanding with the associated software solutions as well as your high IT affinity will support you in your tasks
- Several years of sales experience in the area of SCM and MES solutions as well as in IT project management, ideally in the metal industry
- Competitive attitude and high work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company
- Outgoing, positive and result driven character
- Willing and able to travel is a major part of the position
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within both sales function and cross functions
- Excellent time management and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, any other of the following languages Turkish, Arabian, Persian, German, Slovak is a major plus
- An additional advantage is previous experience in Production Planning and /or SAP
