In dieser herausfordernden Position als Program und Project Manager verantwortest du die Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung des Projektmanagements in unserem Global Data Team. Du koordinierst unterschiedliche funktionsübergreifende Projekte und unterstützt dabei unser PMO Office.
**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Operatives Projektmanagement vor allem in den ersten Projektphase
- In Workshops mit Stakeholdern und Teammitgliedern definierst du dem Umfang des Projekts
- Du setzt die Projektziele fest und planst die Dokumentation
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Kommunikationsfluss zwischen den Stakeholdern sicher
- Mit der Aufbereitung und der Präsentation von Informationen sowie dem Bereitstellen verschiedener Lösungen ermöglichst du eine schnelle Entscheidungsfindung des Managements
**PMO OFFICE**
- Du stellst die Umsetzung unserer Portfoliostrategie sicher
- Die laufende Projektüberwachung und Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts zählen zu deinen Kernaufgaben
- Du kümmerst dich darum, dass Transparenz in unserer Projektarbeit gewährleistet wird
- Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation mit allen Projekt-, Programm
- und Portfoliobeteiligten
- Du entwickelst angepasste Dashboards und Reports für mehr Transparenz
**Qualifikationen**:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, in der Planung oder im Management von Projekten
- Fortgeschrittene einschlägige Kenntnisse im Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement
- Hohe Flexibilität und Engagement sowie die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen schnell zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und Lösungen zu definieren
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Spaß am Arbeiten im Team
- Hohe Flexibliität und Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren

Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
