**Site Digital Technology Lead (f/m/d)**

Der Site Digital Technology Lead ist für die Gesamtkoordination der Informations
- und Betriebstechnologie (IT/OT) am Standort zuständig und übernimmt das IT/OT-Account-Management für das Business Leadership Team am Standort. Er sorgt für die kontinuierliche Abstimmung von IT/OT und Geschäftszielen und bietet geschäftsfördernde Lösungen im Einklang mit der globalen IT/OT-Strategie.

**Aufgabenbereiche**
- Verantwortlich für alle relevanten digitalen Technologievorgänge am Standort, um sicherzustellen, dass der Standortbetrieb angemessen unterstützt wird und dass alle betrieblichen Aktivitäten mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, der Sicherheit, der Cybersicherheit, der Geschäftskontinuität und den finanziellen Anforderungen übereinstimmen
- Leitung des lokalen IT-Teams für die Tiergesundheitsproduktion am Standort
- Beteiligung an der Entwicklung der Standortstrategie und des langfristigen Geschäftsentwicklungsplans sowie Führung und Anleitung des Unternehmens bei der Entwicklung einer Strategie für digitale Technologien
- Förderung des Wandels, der kontinuierlichen technologischen Verbesserung und der Innovation am Standort
- Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich der digitalen Technologie am Standort - auch wenn diese Teil einer größeren Initiative sind
- Schaffen eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses zwischen unseren lokalen und globalen IT-Teams
- Zentraler IT-Ansprechpartner für den Standort und liefert den Geschäftsinteressenten das notwendige Feedback und den Input für Geschäftsprojekte und IT-Abläufe
- Kontinuierliche Verwaltung des Budgets für digitale Technologie am Standort, um die jährlichen Gewinnziele zu erreichen; Identifizierung und Erzielung von Kosteneinsparungen bei Investitionen und Ausgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) und CSV (Computer System Validation) gemäß unseren Richtlinien
- Bringt die richtigen Interessengruppen zusammen, um die Einhaltung der Vorschriften und die Nachhaltigkeit der IT-Lösungen zu gewährleisten
- Teilnahme an behördlichen Audits am Standort
- Reisebereitschaft - 10%

**Qualifikationen**
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Informationstechnologie/Naturwissenschaften, MS oder MBA bevorzugt
- 5-10 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Bereich IT und/oder Automatisierung
- Erfahrung mit digitaler Transformation in großen Unternehmen
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einer Matrixorganisation und der Fähigkeit, andere Führungskräfte zu beeinflussen
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mit hochrangigen Interessengruppen zu kommunizieren und diese zu führen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, die Organisation auf komplexe technische Entscheidungen auszurichten
- Starke Erfahrung mit agilen Prinzipien

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 69.300;
