**_ Senior Data Privacy Steward Austria (M/F/d)_**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for Data Privacy for three legal entities in Vienna with regard to the requirements of European and local law
- Manage and controlling Personal Data Flows and Personal Data Life Cycle
- Coordinating privacy activities with Network of Privacy Stewards
- Solving Data Privacy questions with the works council and Global Privacy Office
- Evaluating Privacy risks and develop remediation plans with Business
- Maintaining the necessary data privacy documentation
- Regularly review, develop, update and monitor implementation of local Privacy SOPs
- Managing Data Incidents and Data Breaches according to agreed notification process
- Maintaining Privacy website and support with Privacy communications

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Knowledge of Privacy Law in general an GDPR in specific strongly required
- University degree is preferred
- Ability and interest to understand and learn about legal and IT related topics
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Professional proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written
