As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.- The Consolidated IFRS Reporting team is responsible for the preparation of the IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements, as well as FINREP and Asset Encumbrance Reporting. The team is a coordination hub for IFRS reporting topics towards the AT sector and CEE subsidiaries and is servicing various internal and external stakeholders with consolidated IFRS reports. We are committed to sustaining and developing the excellent quality of our reports as well as to constantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. This requires and in-depth understanding of IFRS and regulatory requirements as well as an innovative and digital mindset. Team spirit, openness for cooperation and out-of-the-box thinking are important values to the team.- Your Tasks- Understanding and analyzing IFRS results of our subsidiaries
- Supporting subsidiaries to prepare and submit IFRS data in consolidation tool Tagetik
- Taking on responsibility for certain IFRS topics throughout the group
- Interacting closely with IT and finding ways to improve existing processes
- Contributing to the preparation of output reports to investors and OeNB
- Being a frontrunner for combining Accounting and Artificial Intelligence- Your Background- Familiar with accounting and consolidation topics and have good knowledge in IFRS
- At least 3 years working experience in this business area
- You like to work with numbers and calculations
- Fluent in German and confident in an English-speaking environment

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.120;
