- Who we are:_ ENPULSION GmbH is a Space Tech company based in Austria. Founded in 2016, it has quickly become a dominant player in the Space Industry selling one of the most advanced propulsion solutions for SmallSats to a large number of worldwide satellite platform integrators. The unique, modular solution we offer brings high performance at low cost to satellite manufacturers, fostering the democratization of space and enabling the exploration and exploitation of the solar system, positioning ENPULSION at the very heart of the New Space era.
- Job description:_ Your main responsibility will be the support of the product manager by managing the product life cycle following the agreed internal standards including technical implementations of customer requirements, overseeing all related aspects including:

- Assist to create a product development plan, ensuring its implementation and reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the measures and actions to achieve defined milestones
- Act as a support for design authority for the product
- Monitor key performance indicators and report regularly to product manager
- Help to plan resources and coordinate external partners over the product life cycle
- Support pre-sale activities and proposal preparation.
- Compile and maintain documentation according to internal standards, considering ECSS and customer requirements.

This position is a development stage and offers the chance to become a product manager in our company.
- Your Qualification:_
- Approx. 1 year of professional experience in Aerospace or related industry with an appropriate academic education
- Profound understanding of industry standard processes concerning product management, including product documentation and design standards
- Understanding of physical processes occurring in electric propulsion and plasma devices is desirable
- Fluent in English
- Independent, careful and structured way of working with implementation strength and a hands-on mentality
- Passioned about being part of a fast-growing business

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.775,36) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
