Wir suchen ab sofort einen Head of Internal Sales (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik in Raum Niederösterreich.


Head of Internal Sales (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN


* Leitung des Vertriebsinnendienstes und Verantwortung für die operative Optimierung der Vertriebsorganisation und deren -prozesse
* Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Strukturen und Prozesse sowohl der internen Vertriebsorganisation als auch der Verwaltungsprozesse
* Verantwortung für die kundenorientierte Back-Office-Organisation, Koordination und Steuerung aller in der Abteilung anfallenden Aufgaben
* Kosten- und Sales-Controlling durch kontinuierliche Analysen von Vertriebs- und Finanzreports sowie jährliche Finanzplanung
* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Kalkulation kundenindividueller Angebote und deren Überwachung
* Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft: Kundenberatung, Reklamations-, Ersatzteillieferung- und Gutschriftenbearbeitung sowie Forderungsmanagement
* Im Verwaltungsbereich sind Sie verantwortlich für alle anfallenden Verwaltungstätigkeiten (v.a. HR und IT-Themen) sowie Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Berater und die Finanzbuchhaltung
* Sie leiten ein Team mit aktuell 7 Mitarbeitenden und legen dabei Wert auf die Entwicklung aller Teammitglieder
