- Technical Product Specialist (m/w/d)
Standort Wien, Linz, Graz | 38,5h pro Woche

Aufgaben

- Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei Auswahl, Einsatz und Verwendung von Pilz Produkten mit deiner unkonventionellen Denkweise
- Erstellung von Testaufbauten zur Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung mit deiner praktischen Herangehensweise
- Telefonische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Lokalisierung und Behebung von Fehlern mit deiner verständisvollen Gelassenheit
- Auswertung von Kundenrückmeldungen und Ableitung von Anforderungen für die Produktentwicklung mit deinem Out-of-the- box-Denken
- Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen beim Kunden mit deinem professionellen und sympathischen Auftreten

Profil

- du verfügst bereits über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- du bist kundenorientiert und stark in deiner Kommunikation
- du arbeitest gerne an sinnvollen, langfristigen Lösungen
- du freust dich über gelegentliche Einsätze bei unseren Kunden in Österreich und verfügst über einen Führerschein B

Wir wenden uns mit unserem Angebot sowohl an Personen mit erster Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik genauso wie an Berufseinsteiger, die es mit ihrem Wissensdurst dennoch rasch schaffen, selbstständig ganzheitliche Lösungen zu entwickeln

Wir unterstützen deinen Büroweg wahlweise mit einer Öffi-Jahreskarte (Wien) oder einem kostengünstigen Parkplatz (gilt nur für den Standort Wien).

Für diese Position (38,5 Stunden) bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt ab 2.600,- EUR brutto. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir eine entsprechende Überzahlung.
