What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking a passionate Workplace Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in North Sydney. You'll contribute to the delivery of onsite workplace services at our global, technologies client HQ at 1 Denison, partnering with clients across Australia and New Zealand. Overview of the role: - Assist with operational activities in accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, purchasing, and occupancy services - Manage customer relationships and meet contract KPIs - Oversee vendor management and procurement processes - Monitor site financial operations and budgets - Coordinate maintenance activities and asset management - Assist with projects and capital planning - Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and risk management - Sounds like you?
