This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for events.A few of your responsibilities:Coordinate and manage internal and external events from end-to-endManage all relevant software databasesWork closely with relevant stakeholders within the business to ensure all event information is approved and up to dateAssist in managing our group bookings in both our Restaurants and Beverage outletsEnsure all purchasing and reporting are approved and up to dateWhat we are looking for:Previous relevant experience in events or hospitalityAn understanding of banquet operationsEffective communication and organisational skillsA passion for guest serviceAbility to multitask and work alongside a teamAbout you:As an Events Coordinator, you will be highly organised and detail-oriented with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing flawless events.
