**Consultant** NousCubane is seeking a talented Consultant to drive insights for universities across Australia and New Zealand. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, excel at relationship management, and have a mind for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you In this position, you will contribute to the development of UniForum reports, studies and NousCubane projects. Consult with clients directly throughout data collection, report development cycle and develop the annual roundtable events. You will contribute to the development of NousCubane’s intellectual property and support the generation of new business. **About NousCubane** NousCubane is a world-leading provider of data-led solutions, specialising in the higher education sector. In 2023 Nous was again named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and was recognized as one of LinkedIn’s best places to grow a career, as a LinkedIn Top Company (Australia), previously named Best Management Consulting Firm by the Australian Financial Review. **As a Consultant, you will: ** - Design and deliver analysis to support NousCubane activities for Australia and New Zealand clients - Support the data collection process, working with industry experts to align with NousCubane methodology - Conduct analysis, generate insight and develop client reports including university executive briefings, services reviews, roundtable study reports and steering committees - Assist in leading the delivery and facilitation of client presentations, workshops and events - Lead the development of best practice case studies - Contribute to new applications of UniForum data that generate insight for clients - Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement - Develop specialist expertise within areas of NousCubane IP and business processes and contribute to the development of new knowledge that supports the regional and global business - Contribute to the management of individual client relationships by building productive relationships, including with Program Managers and functional leaders. ** A bit about you: ** - Strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferably with a focus on quantitative analysis - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Relationship builder contributing to new and/or existing client development opportunities and delivering outstanding service - Experience in corporate services transformations, service improvement programs, back-office process and operating model redesign - Proficient with using business intelligence tools and data analysis to test hypotheses and identify data quality issues and unexpected changes - Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and experience in project coordination - _Experience with large and complete data sets (preferred)_ - _Familiar with the software development lifecycle (preferred)._ We would be interested to hear of any experience you have in Higher Education (not a pre-requisite). **Some benefits of working with us** - Belong to a small, supportive team that cares about your professional development.
