Mahlab is one of the largest independent business communications agencies, with 50 staff across Australia, NZ and Singapore. We deliver strategic, insight-led consultancy services that drive growth, customer retention and increase market share. Within Mahlab, _Mahlab Publishing_ is one of the agency’s core service divisions, producing world-class content for industry and member bodies across a wide range of professions. Our clients include the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, Engineers Australia, and the Australian HR Institute. We are now looking for a super organised recent graduate who is keen to work within Mahlab’s Publishing unit. This role supports our advertising clients and internal teams by being the driving force that makes advertising campaigns happen, ensuring that campaigns and projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. This role: - Ensure all advertisements are in place for e-newsletters, print magazines and websites across all our publishing clients. - Support the advertising sales team in obtaining quotes, developing timelines, booking resources. - Manage the production process of sponsored/branded content through the agency and with external contributors. - Support the advertising sales team across pre- and post-sales activities. - Provide post-campaign results to advertisers and agencies. - You may also support the Publishing Director in general account management tasks from time to time. This role would suit someone who is keen to get their foot in the door of a marketing and communications agency and kickstart their career. Full training will be provided. You will have the ability to juggle competing deadlines and priorities. Liaising with a variety of people is what you enjoy, along with keeping your projects and campaigns moving in the right direction.
