Apply now Job no: 979821 Work type: Full-time Location: Sydney Categories: Administration & Office Support, Sales, Digital Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for media and advertising?Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams in a leading media company?Join Seven Network as our new Campaign Delivery CoordinatorThe Opportunity:As a Campaign Delivery Coordinator at Seven, you will be responsible for supporting the Campaign Delivery Executives with the daily administration of the Seven Dynamic Trading Model.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the offshore team of Seven Managed Services to manage and track audience delivery across Seven's broadcast television assets.Based in Eveleigh, Sydney, you will report to the Campaign Delivery and Optimisation Manager. You are responsible for:Collaboration with the manager and TV Sales Team is essential to effectively advance Seven's business objectives. By adhering to guidance, client campaigns can be accepted and validated by established internal policies and tools.Utilising dedicated systems and tools (Salesforce and Landmark) to support the day-to-day management of TV advertising campaigns.Collaborate with the manager to provide clear and concise guidance to the SMS team regarding campaign deliverables and deadlines.Communicate clearly and proactively with the sales team and other relevant internal departments, as necessary.Understand the rules and regulations related to TV advertising and their impact on campaigns and the broader Seven business.Demonstrate reliability by adhering to established processes and procedures that align with department standards and Seven policies.Assist the broader Advanced Advertising team with any ad hoc tasks as requested.About You:You will be an experienced Campaign Delivery Coordinator with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a collaborative spirit. You are a flexible, passionate, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual, always eager to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
