About the role Full time permanent position, based in North Ryde, NSW.
Reporting directly to the National Manager Fundraising and Events, you will be responsible for: Delivering exceptional customer service and donor care, managing inbound and outbound communications through phone, SMS, social media, and event registrations Collaborating with the Campaigns Specialist to create dynamic content for social media and implement it across various channels, including social posts, web blogs, eDM campaigns, and publications Assisting with implementing national acquisition and stewardship activities within agreed budget and timetables, interpreting data to provide insights to guide future campaign growth Propose innovative strategies for recruiting and engaging new fundraising supporters and donors Fostering positive relationships internally and externally What is in it for you?
Salary benefits : We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for entertainment benefits.
Leave allowances : In addition to your annual leave allowance, you will receive one day paid birthday leave, paid days off during our end of year closure period (if these days fall within your regular working schedule), up to six weeks parental leave and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: Tertiary qualifications in Fundraising would be highly regarded.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or customer support role.
Embraces individual and cultural differences through genuine, courteous behaviours.
Has strong moral principles and holds yourself and others to high standards of accountability.
