The role: The purpose of this role is to develop and implement Redkite's Community Fundraising campaigns nationally.
This role will work across the Redkite team to deliver powerful digital peer to peer campaigns that drive engagement and revenue to support families facing childhood cancer.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Execution End to end project coordination Agency and supplier relationships Participant engagement and stewardship This position will at times be required to represent Redkite at various events and meetings, which will on occasion occur outside normal work hours. About you: The position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and community fundraising experience.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in not-for-profit fundraising, or campaign or project coordination Proven track record of coordinating projects, campaigns or relationships Proactive, highly motivated and results driven An understanding of community fundraising campaign management and the development of digital campaigns CRM database experience, preferably Salesforce or similar Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with suppliers and other Redkite stakeholders Excellent copy-editing skills with the ability to translate technical content for a wider audience Highly organised, possessing excellent project coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills Ability to work both independently and with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and databases Why join us?
