**About the Role** - You will take ownership of retaining, developing and increasing the Police Bank membership as well as ensuring the ongoing profitable growth of lending portfolios - This is an ‘on the road’ role where you will actively promote the Police Bank brand as well as our products and services at member meetings, industry functions and conferences as well as events.  - New business development & pipelining  - Provide specialist advice and personalised recommendations to both new and existing members – there is also some internal servicing where you will provide advice and handle enquiries via phone and email - Provide feedback on changes in market conditions, competitiveness and competitor activities **About you** - Solid experience as a relationship manager or business development manager in the retail banking space is a must. Mobile Lenders and Branch Managers will also be considered - This is a 100% on the road role – current Australian Driver’s License is essential for this position. - Strong understanding and knowledge of personal lending is essential - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for exceeding client expectations and achieving results **Why you’ll love us** - Opportunity for professional development and growth - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Work with a purpose, helping clients achieve their financial dreams
