Receive guidance from a dedicated onboarding buddy and experienced mentors, helping you navigate the world of Culture Amp and data science. - Expand your technical and core skills through bite-sized learning activities that seamlessly support your hands-on growth. As an intern on one of our teams, you can expect to: - Tackle challenging data driven problems and explore solutions to inform feature building within your team. - Collaborate with other scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers and software engineers in your team. - Work with the product managers and designers in your team to understand customer problems and help to develop, refine, and then implement solutions. - Produce quality documentation around research findings and recommendations. **About you** This role could be for you if: - You are currently working toward a degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics (or a related STEM field) and expect to complete it within the next year. - You are self-motivated and can work independently.
