As a true Business Partner you will be expected to partner to develop solutions at a strategic commercial level, and provide operational HR support on the ground where required. The role has a diverse range of focus areas including; industrial relations, projects, diversity and inclusion, talent, and supporting our safety team with their initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Coach to drive a leader led organisation - Partner to uplift capability across leadership and critical capabilities - Champion DE&I activities, capability and leadership programs across Laverton and Abbotsford sites - Drive understanding, completion rates and provide coaching on People Cycle activities - Promote and support the embedding of Career Experiences Framework - Support the development of functional Engagement initiatives. - Partner with leaders to resolve industrial relations and employee relations issues - Support, inform and educate site leaders on emerging or changes in legislation in partnership with Workplace Relations Team - Execute relevant enterprise agreements - Support execution of Supply Chain Transformation programs at site **About You** We are looking for an HR professional who thrives in an environment that is fast paced, dynamic, vibrant and challenging. You will be trusted to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong relationship with the broader HR team. Sound like you so far? Other pieces of the puzzle we’re looking for include: - A relevant HR or business-related degree - Experience partnering in a large, complex and matrix organisation with large scale change and transformation projects - Proven ability delivering people centric projects or cross-collaboration projects across industrial relations, change, talent, DEI, working with respective COE’s to deliver our people agenda - Track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial and operational understanding and an ability to identify business needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutions - Sound familiarity with good HR specialist disciplines and how to best leverage these – ranging from talent management, recruitment, performance management, organisational development and design, compensation and benefits, to learning and development facilitation - Experience in FMCG or Supply Chain and Manufacturing is preferred but not essential
