We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success through a period of growth and foundation setting.
The Opportunity As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to cultivate a positive work environment and drive organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive strategic outcomes.About You Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, having partnered with leaders and know how to influence.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Keen to contribute to a newly formed team in laying out the foundations of an excellent HR function.Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.Why Join Us?
