Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Client is seeking to appoint a HRBP or HR Manager on a temporary assignment to start ASAP in January 2025This role calls for a strategic thinker with a solid operational focus, adept at managing HR activities while contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies.Key Responsibilities:HR: Oversee the end-to-end HR function for two Business Units, including competitive market research for salary scales, candidate interviews, offer preparation, HR induction, and offboarding.HR Administration: Manage HR administration, encompassing payroll, allowances, superannuation, workers' compensation, life insurance, training, and expatriate mobilization and demobilization.
This includes handling taxation, superannuation obligations, allowances, travel for expats, and preparing documents for secondments and intercompany service agreements.Currently leading the transition from ADP to ELMO for payroll services.Collaboration with HQ: Work closely with HQ to support all company HR initiatives, projects, and campaigns as needed.Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, manage employee-related issues, and advise managers on a broad range of workplace matters.Talent Development: Oversee career development and talent management initiatives.Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.Lead the temporary visa process, including labor market testing, and act as the primary contact for all immigration-related matters.Experience and Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources or equivalent years of experience.Ideally has come from working within a business that has a Global presence.Minimum of 5-10 years in general HR advisory and transactional activities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of stakeholders.Open to a temp role to start ASAP - opportunity for longevity.APPLY NOW
