Support our amazing Sydney Norwest/ Hills District team with large-scale and complex portfolio management by fostering growth through existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and implementing effective expense control measures. - **We are empowered to make a positive difference in for customers and communities ** - Y**ou’ll join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals ​ ** - **Be rewarded and recognised for the value you bring ** **In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will** - Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners - Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts - Maintain and enhance your portfolio’s credit risk profile while maximising profitability - Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio - Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion **What you’ll bring** - A well-established footprint as a business banking **or **relationship manager - Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills - Passionate about business development and credit risk management - Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
