## **Job Description** - Are you an admin, events or digital guru who loves working autonomously? - Work across a variety of exciting channels - Flexible and hybrid Part time 4 days per week 12-month contract role based in Sydney or Melbourne **Digital and Events Coordinator** This is an incredible rare part time 12-month contract opportunity within our Marketing team 3-4 days per week. In this role you will support our Affinity portfolio across design briefs, work closely with our events team on b2b or corporate events and so much more. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** In this role you will conduct a range of activities including: - Coordinate in conjunction with the events team event planning and on site support - Develop and schedule website and email templates across a variety of platforms with consistent brand messaging - Design email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and event participation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and event objectives - General administration and coordination across digital marketing activities and team support as and when required **Skills and experience that will lead to success** Were a team of passionate, creative individuals looking for someone who has some or most of the following: - Experience with administration, personal or team assistant, digital marketing or events coordination - Strong communication written and verbal - Ability to support and work collaboratively across functions and within the team - A keen eye for detail - Great Microsoft office suite experience and ability to learn systems or technology
