**About the role:** Q-CTRL is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to develop and deploy product, growth and GTM campaigns. The role will report to our Marketing Lead.   As a product marketing manager, our ideal candidate has deep experience in product-led marketing within a high growth / cutting edge technology environment. You will have developed a strong set of skills to analyze market opportunities, create impactful product-marketing material and deploy go-to-market plans and activities that drive growth and brand outcomes. Your product marketing capabilities will span inbound audience development (research, product definition and testing) to GTM execution (narrative, content and campaign execution) and finally outbound customer engagement (sales enablement, customer success and communications). These should be grounded in a strong understanding of how product marketing works with other teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Design and more) to deliver on an ambitious product marketing roadmap. Storytelling will be at the heart of what you do, telling a compelling narrative across our audiences and products, simplifying complex concepts and creating content that brings our world-changing technology to life. We are looking for a proven technology marketing manager who loves rolling up their sleeves, making things happen, and helping emerging and fast growing companies like us stand out in a crowded, rapidly growing early market like Quantum Computing and Quantum Sensing.   **What you'll be doing:** ### **Product Marketing** - Manage Product Marketing efforts at Q-CTRL. Partner with Sales and Product teams in aligning roadmaps, conducting market research and implementing new strategies based on findings. - Tell our product story and formulate a product marketing roadmap that outlines engagement and touchpoint opportunities with customers. - Communicate the vision and value of new and existing products to sales teams and develop assets and collateral that facilitate the sales process. - Creating product marketing assets that support brand and communications objectives. ### **Go-To-Market** - Develop GTM launch strategies that establish value proposition, launch narrative, collateral, channel plan and media mix. - Deploy campaigns focused on new and existing products, determining ideal customer segments, creating high impact assets and measuring success.  - Analyze and continuously improve campaign performance in order to meet strategic business objectives.  - Be part of the team that develops and implements promotional, lead generation, and lead nurturing programs. ### **Execution** - Translate high-level strategies into actionable, ambitious, yet attainable plans. Develop, plan, and manage marketing activity inline with campaign budgets. - Create advertising material including print, digital, social media, videos, posts and interactive assets. - Lead, design and develop conference campaigns that showcase new products to potential customers, key stakeholders and business partners. - Engage agencies, freelancers and internal teams to develop assets for individual products and markets. - Develop relevant metrics and track performance in campaigns, events, and other initiatives. ### **Your qualifications and behavioral attributes** - 5+ years of work experience in product marketing or technology marketing with specific experience managing key product marketing functions: Customer Research, GTM, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Events/PR. - A background in deep tech/HPC or related high tech software with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets. Must have high-growth startup experience. A technical/ engineering background would be useful. - Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of SEO, CRM (eg Salesforce), web analytics, and digital marketing best practices. ### **Mindset and approach** - You are the voice of the customer, understanding how our products deliver value to them and maximise their own capabilities. Leveraging this knowledge to; deliver results, pursue and convert leads, accelerate sales cycles, and expand and strengthen our brand presence. - Strategic and biased toward action, a great collaborator who never stops pushing towards clarity and delivery of our products’ value.  - Someone who perseveres and never hesitates to roll up their sleeves and tackle something hands-on. - Detail-oriented with a focus on always delivering the highest-quality content. - Outcome-focused, Marketing helps to drive sales - the Product Marketing Manager has a crucial role to play in enabling the sales team to succeed. - Data-driven, Product marketing is built on insights, insights are built on data. Utilize marketing analytics to leverage whatever data is available to create impactful marketing campaigns.
