As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** You will be working on an existing book consisting of commercial and corporate business across a wide variety of industries, providing renewals and day-to-day client servicing. Key responsibilities include: - Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience - Designing appropriate servicing solutions and insurance programs for their portfolio - Managing essential interface with the administration support, claims and placement teams - Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio - Assisting on business development opportunities within new and existing accounts for all aspects of Aon offering. **How this opportunity is different** As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title. Be you, be unique with us. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine drive to learn as well as: - Bilingual in Mandarin (preferable) and English - Proven experience working on commercial or corporate accounts either as the portfolio manager or supporting a senior broker would be advantageous - Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment - Ability to engage professionally with clients of a different cultural heritage, showing the requisite patience and resilience. - Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic, attention to greater detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment - Tier 1 or Diploma qualification is expected. This is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible insurance professional to enhance their client-management and technical capabilities in a diverse and challenging role.
