**The Opportunity ** Our dynamic team of consultants require another quality problem solver to join our ranks We are looking for an intermediate-level Project Manager with assurance and asset management capabilities to join our high-performing and collaborative Advisory team in either our **Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide **office. In this exciting role you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of interesting projects in collaboration with our talented team which will enable you to apply your assurance and asset management skills to a range of different clients and markets. You will be up for the challenge and in for the journey to play a key role in contributing to the growth of our Asset Management Capability through excellent project delivery and client management. What is essential to your success is your proactive attitude and flexible thinking. This role offers: - The opportunity to lead projects and deliver high quality work in direct communication with our clients. - The chance to apply your asset management capabilities across a range of sectors to help our client solve a diverse range of asset problems. - The opportunity to holistically develop your consultancy skills from identification of opportunities, pursuit planning, bid preparation and delivery. - Access to industry leading technical specialists in the Defence, Government, Industrial market and other related sectors. - Dedicated mentoring from senior leaders in our team to help you achieve your career goals and develop professionally. - A flexible working arrangement within a high performing close-knit team who are passionate about what they do. **What we’ll like about you** To be successful in the role, you would possess the following: **Required capabilities:** - Demonstrated asset management experience across one or more of the following sectors: Government, Defence, Industrial, Water or Energy. - Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks and a desire to progress professionally in this field. - A strong understanding of Asset Management and/or reliability engineering principles and their application. - A passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhance existing relationships. - Ability to support some national travel for short duration (2-5 days) on occasion - An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or other related disciplines. **Desirable capabilities: ** - Experience in the application of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). - Experience in the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Maintenance or facilities management (Planning and/or execution). - Development and implementation of engineering/asset management systems and process. - Asset/Equipment change management and risk assessment. - Previous consultancy experience. - Experience in participating or leading assurance activities.
