We’ll help you grow professionally, find (or further) your passion, and make memorable connections that last beyond the program We’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Customer Success team. Customer Success Intern As an intern you’ll spend your time assisting the Customer Success Managers (CSM’s), establishing and building relationships with SAS customers and d irectly supporting business operations to achieve the strategic goals of the Customer Success organisation. Y our regular activities will include enablement and adoption, helping out at SAS user groups, gathering requirements for new and ongoing projects, contributing to activities defined in a Customer Success plan, helping to monitor customer sentiment by obtaining and analysing feedback and adoption of new versions of the software. You’ll also d evelop an understanding of the SAS products and services that are available to help customers adopt and leverage the software to meet their goals and business needs. Required Qualifications \* Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent. \* You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025 or a recent graduate (within 1 year of graduation). \* Strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal. \* Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty. \* You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. \* You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. \* You have Australian Citizenship or are a Permanent Resident (required per business considerations) Preferred Attributes \* Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL or SAS  \* Statistics, Data Science background \* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills – enjoys speaking to people \* Helpful, friendly manner \* Organised with a customer focus Base Location & Work Arrangement: \* Sydney, Australia (we operate in a hybrid working model where we can build rapport and connect with others) \* Paid Internship at $68,000 ANZ annual salary converted into duration worked.
